Production Manager

Allison Johnson serves as the Production Manager for Sailing Dharma. As a graduate of
Pepperdine University’s Screen Arts and Creative Writing programs, she has produced over a
dozen narrative short films and short-form documentaries in her time. As an expert in
pre-production, Allison coordinates scheduling, leads the casting process, and works diligently to
achieve Wayne and Boaz’s vision.

Over the past few years, while navigating her own physical and mental health struggles, she has
become a passionate advocate for using meditation and yoga practices for anxiety reduction,
healing, and everyday wellness. Coupling that with being out on the water—as she is currently
learning to sail—Sailing Dharma is a dream come true for her.
