Boaz

Investor, Show Creator

Boaz Milgalter is a serial entrepreneur with extensive experience across three verticals: technology, entertainment, and action sports. Over the years he has built, scaled, and supported projects in each of these worlds, often sitting at the intersection where creativity, engineering, and human experience collide.

A former Air Force officer and admitted adrenaline junkie, Boaz has developed a unique methodology he calls Hyper Meditation, inspired by Osho’s Dynamic Meditation - but adjusted to the modern active lifestyle of today.

The premise is straightforward but deeply experiential: when the nervous system rides a steep slope down from adrenaline-soaked, high-intensity activity into an immediate, serotonin-rich period of calm surrender, the mind can drop into an unusually clear and focused state. The contrast does the work. After the body has been fully engaged — even overwhelmed — stillness arrives not as an effort, but as relief. In that window, attention sharpens, inner chatter quiets, and perception becomes more vivid. Much like how good food tastes twice as good when you’re truly hungry, quiet feels deeper and more nourishing when you’ve earned it through intensity.

In Sailing Dharma, Boaz hopes to bring this format to life on the water. By pairing real, high-engagement adventure with guided decompression and reflection, he aims to help participants step out of their routines and into something honest, uncensored, and transformative. The goal isn’t a polished retreat or a scripted performance — it’s a raw, immersive experience that invites people to meet themselves more directly, and to leave with a felt understanding of what clarity can be when the mind and body are fully aligned.
